At 11 am on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, Judge John Aaron Holt performed the swearing-in ceremony that marked the beginning of Tim Garrett's second term on Metro Council At-Large. Afterwards, Tim hosted a luncheon for family and friends at Amerigo's. Below are just a few photos from the occasion.
